I have been teaching and tutoring since I was in high school and have experience with all age groups, especially teenagers and young adults. As you can see, I have had a lot of experience teaching and I absolutely love it, but my particular favorite setting is one-on-one. During my three years teaching in Czech Republic, I was always doing individual ESL and art tutoring on the side. I find it is the best way to form a relationship with the student and tailor an education plan and method that meets them on every level. I also focus on incorporating my students' goals and interests into lessons as much as possible. Perhaps we will even share some interests! I am a painter and do art every spare moment. I am an active member of the art community of St. Louis and am right now working on pieces for my first show in the city. My focus is figure painting and drawing though I also enjoy landscapes and design. I have experience with a wide range of media and am constantly learning new ones! I also was the co-founder and president of the Moravian Rhapsody Art Collective of Prague while I was in Czech Republic. I also enjoy reading and learning languages (German and Czech right now). I follow the English Premier League (Go Gunners!) and US and Czech hockey leagues. I love traveling and learning about new cultures and different people's experiences.
